It was a project that Mridula Chooromoney had dreamt of for years and to see it come to life was the icing on a cake. “The Soul Prayer” is Mridula’s debut in the world of book publishing. A self-made Lawyer of Kwan & Associates Chambers, Mridula Chooromoney is no stranger to setting goals and achieving them. She was motivated to write this book as a gift to encourage many to dig deeper into the meaning of prayer and what it means to really pray with your mind, body, and soul in perfect balance and harmony. Her upbringing has dictated her successful path in the life choices she has made. After finishing secondary education at Queen Elizabeth College, a young Mridula decided to take the plunge and where better than to hop on a plane to Malaysia to study law. In 2014, she went to England to complete her bachelor’s degree, before continuing with a master’s degree in law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, which she undertook in Mauritius. She now currently holds a degree in International Arbitration & LLM International Business Law as well as a certificate in Oil & Gas oil. She is also a fully accredited mediator and can now add publisher to her long list of achievements. Impressive to say the least !!
Neidi as she is known to many close to her also has a lot of experience in the events industry which includes running some of the most talked-about events on the island and her passion for helping young people realise their full potential is second to none. With The Soul Prayer, Mridula Chooromoney wants to convey a deeper discovery into the essence of religion and spirituality especially to young people. With many having gone through a challenging time in the past 18 months, this book comes just at the right time.
